How do we install this software?

We provide you with the ISO file, You may install it on a PC at customer premises or in a VPS. Please contact our sales team to set up a Partner account to access the licence key.

Do we get unlimited extensions?

Yes, there is no charge for adding any amount of extensions.

Is there a limitation of number of concurrent(simultaneous) calls?

No, there is no limitation on the number of concurrent calls.

Does this system offer zero touch provisioning?

Yes all major IP phone brands are supported including Yealink, Grandstream, Polycom, Fanvil, Escene, Cisco, Digium, Htek, Mitel, Aastra etc.

Can a single extension be registered to multiple devices?

Yes, when an incoming call comes in, all registered phones will ring.

I have 30 PBX installations, how can this software help me?

Multi-tenancy feature allows you to add any amount of customers to a single server. This will reduce  monthly VPS costs as now you will require a single VPS rather than 30 VPSs.

What features would attract a charge?

We charge a low fee per softphone or MS teams direct routing licences, making our UC platform a cost effective solution.

Can we add our own SIP trunks?

No, not at this stage. You can add a Localcom SIP trunk then order or port numbers to manage all services related to the voice solution within a single platform.
